Guided Assistance Program

 The Guided Assistance Program is a one-on-one support service. We work alongside agencies across Shoreline to connect clients with: 

• Legal and financial support 
• Mental health and wellness referrals 
• Basic needs and social service programs 
• Support groups, workshops and education 

Referral Navigation helps participants outline needs and create action plans, connecting them with local organizations with personalized support: 

• Housing and emergency shelter 
• Financial assistance 
• Food security 
• Mental health support 
• Education and job training 

 Our MSW social workers provide:

•  Referrals to outside agencies 
•  Options for workshops & groups 
•  Personalized empowerment plan 
•  One-on-one support 

 We collaborate with partner organizations to expand access to: 

• Legal services 
• Housing resources 
• Utility assistance 
• Mental health care 
• Food programs 
• Career development services 
• Financial counseling
